You can drop your vehicle off for a service at all Autoworld branches (except Lusaka, Buseko and Chipata branches), and your boat at the Lusaka, Downtown branch, whenever you like. You can also book a vehicle or marine service in advance. This will help guarantee a particular service slot or pick up time. Alternatively, you can book a service by contacting your branch by phone.
If for whatever reason, Autoworld does not have the product you need in stock, then ask about their special order service. Through our network of international suppliers and distribution channels, Autoworld is very likely to be able to source the product you need within 7 to 21 days. All that is required are a few details on the inspection plate of your vehicle:

- Engine number
- Model number
- Chassis number
- Year of manufacture
Once these details have been provided a quotation will be issued to you in less than 3 working days.
