Autoworld admin team hits the water. By Annie Zulu

For the administration team at Autoworld’s head office in Lusaka, 2018 has been a very busy year of serious hard work. But all that was forgotten on 15th December as the team set off from Kafue River Cliff on a two-hour ‘Lady Betty’ cruise. Christmas had begun!

A very relaxed team of Autoworld staff with Director Glenn Findlay. Don’t be cheated by those innocent looking faces! We got to see their other side as the event progressed ...

While the ‘Lady Betty’ glided along the beautiful Kafue River, everyone joined in the fun ...

Annabel gently follows the tune and softly goes with the flow, like a model … The whole body moves and feels the rhythm. Josais was speechless, all he could do was say, “Ha!!”

Andrew Malembeka could not meet the Director’s moves as you can see. Go Andrew go! Everyone cheered them on … Sepiso wanted to overdo Freddy, with ‘Dombolo style by Sepiso’. It was a great time of dancing and laughter.

Later we all sat down together, had a sumptuous meal, and played ‘the alphabet game’. You think people know their ABC?? Did you know that “B” is for jowboints (meaning ball joints) “Z” is for zebruary and “U” is for Europe”? Oh la la! But finally, we had a winner - Gopal - and he deserves a trophy because it was not easy.

At the end of the day, we had a very Merry Autoworld Christmas.

Wishing you all a very happy new year, full of laughter.
